U.S. Warranty Policy
Statement of Limited Liability
Aromaparc.Inc. (“Seller”) expressly warrants to all purchasers (“Buyer”) of all new electric equipment, and replacement parts (“Goods”) that Goods shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship which are discovered within the warranty period, subject to the disclaimers and limitations of the Statement. This warranty is void if the equipment has been subjected to improper installation and testing, improper care, unauthorized repair, and modification, or abnormal operations.
Warranty Period
The seller will assume both the parts replacement and repair expense of correcting defects during the warranty period. All warranty periods start from the date of delivery and are as follows:
180 days
Condition of Warranty to Obtain Warranty Coverage
Buyer must contact Seller requesting warranty coverage within thirty (30) days from the date the defect is made known to the Buyer at www.aromaparc.com
Final determination of warranty on electric wax melter products will be made by Seller.
Warranty Repair
If seller confirms the existence of a defect covered by this warranty, the defect will be corrected by repair or replacement at Seller option, either at Seller's warehouse or a service facility authorized by Seller.
In lieu of repair or replacement, if Seller elects, Seller may, upon return of such Goods and making a determination of nonconformity or defect, keep the Goods and refund the purchase price based on depreciation. Only at the Seller’s request, the Buyer must return any Goods claimed defective under the warranty.
Freight Cost
The buyer is responsible for shipment to and from the Seller’s warehouse, or a service facility authorized by the Seller.
SELLER WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR REPAIRS MADE OUTSIDE OF SELLER OR A SERVICE FACILITY AUTHORIZED BY SELLER. THE SELLER’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE COST OF CORRECTING THE DEFECT OF THE SELLER'S PRODUCT. SELLER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (SUCH AS LOSS OF BUSINESS, ETC.) CAUSED BY THE DEFECT OR THE TIME INVOLVED TO CORRECT THE DEFECT. THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED BY SELLER WITH RESPECT TO ITS PRODUCTS. WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW SUCH AS THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE EQUIPMENT INVOLVED.
